I study, practise and teach the style of yoga widely referred to as Viniyoga which is traditional, adaptable and accessible for everyone. The essence of this approach is that yoga should be tailored to meet our individual needs and interests in order to achieve long- lasting health benefits. Through my own practice and teaching I work with all aspects of yoga to try to develop and promote a healthy body, mind and lifestyle balance. My teaching style incorporates working with postures, breathing and reflective practice and exploring yoga philosophy and ideas in an accessible and practical way.
