Federation of Holistic Therapists: Calender of Events

The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) is the largest and leading professional association for complementary, beauty and sports therapists in the UK and Ireland.
Classes

Classes available at our centre:

Donation Reiki is available on:
1st Wednesday of the month and on Thursday & Saturday Between 10:00am & 5:00pm
Please contact us if you would like to book a session.

Spiritual Awareness Classes.
Available on Monday between 7:30pm & 9:30pm

Well Being Classes.
Meeting every other Wednesday at 2:00pm & 4:00pm
Come along for a cup of tea and a chat.

Tai-Chi: Movements for Well Being
with Rachel O'Donnell.
TMW is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical and emotional health and well being.
